  4. Refund or Exchange: If the item passes the inspection, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. SECRD Smart Home Security is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Factory Approval of No Damage

For returns to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be shipped back to our manufacturing factory for approval of no damage. This step is crucial to ensure the integrity of the product and that it meets our quality standards.
